Netvrk is excited to announce their latest partnership with Vera, powerful open financial platform for non-fungible token (NFT) assets. Netvrk is a metaverse built on the blockchain that allows users to monetize their creations and content via NFTs and Virtual Land. Together, Netvrk and Vera will be collaborating to bring innovative financial products to the NFT space, and the metaverse.
Vera’s platform technology will allow Virtual Land buyers, to purchase Virtual Land utilizing mortgages. With a sufficient down payment, buyers can finance their purchases, making monthly payments on their secured NFTs. Once payment is made in full, full control of the NFT will then released to the buyer.
Vera will also offer tools to allow Virtual Landowners to borrow against their assets via their platform, in a collateralized manner. Both financial products will bring real- world mortgage and equity products to the metaverse, putting the dream of Virtual Land ownership within everyone’s reach.
Beyond Virtual Land, other Netvrk NFT products will also be available to be financed, including Avatars, Vehicles, Buildings, and Accessories. Similar to real world mortgages and vehicle financing, the ability to finance big ticket NFT purchases will be available to virtually everyone.
Vera will have a virtual headquarters inside of the Netvrk Metaverse that users can visit and interact with, in a highly interactive environment. Vera’s platform will also be integrated into the metaverse, allowing users to use it directly without having to exit.
