We’re excited to announce the details for the Netvrk Land Sale! The Virtual Land Sale will have several phases, with the first being the Land Presale.
The highly anticipated Land Presale will be conducted via our incubator, Ferrum Network. The Land Presale will provide an opportunity for Ferrum holders to purchase Virtual Land ahead of the Private and Public Sale Rounds. In addition to being the first owners of Virtual Land in Netvrk, Ferrum holders will have access to purchase at presale prices.
If you are not a Ferrum holder, have no fear. There will be several opportunities to purchase land following the Land Presale! Below are the three stages of the Land Sale, starting with the Land Presale.

Similarly to a token private sale, a snapshot will be taken of user’s Ferrum holdings in their Unifyre wallet. Participants must hold at least 25,000 FRM/.1 FRMx in their UniFyre Wallet by 9pm EST & 9am EST on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning of August 3rd/August 4th, in accordance with the Ferrum holding requirements outlined here:

The more FRM/FRMx you hold, the bigger the land you’ll be able to purchase. Every holder will be sent a pledge with the choice of which tier land they want.
Then contribution will be sent according to pledge and according the biggest holders first. When Large runs out, we will distribute Medium and when those run out, we will distribute Standard.
Contribution amounts will be split between USD (USDT / USDC) and $NTVRK, displayed in the price chart below:
What is Virtual Land?
Virtual Land is represented as a non-fungible token (NFT) ERC-721, with each parcel being unique and representing a specific parcel on the Netvrk Map. As a decentralized asset, virtual land can be bought, held, or sold at anytime by the user, without any outside interference by a third party.
Virtual Land in Netvrk offers users the opportunity to own a digital asset, free of interference. Virtual Land will be a limited, scarce asset, that can be traded in the Netvrk Marketplace, as well as third party marketplaces such as OpenSea.io.
Virtual Land Utility
Land enables users to have a virtual presence in the Netvrk metaverse. Virtual Land is the basis of users building and deploying assets, and NFTs, created and imported via the Netvrk Sandbox Editor.
Land will be limited to a set number of parcels consisting of Standard, Medium, Large, Giant, and Epic. For the Land Presale, only Standard, Medium, and Large will be available to purchase.
Land ownership has it’s benefits.
As an owner of virtual land in Netvrk, you have full rights to your land. You can hold, sell or rent your land, without the need for a central authority. Virtual land can be bought and sold privately, on the Netvrk Marketplace, or via third party marketplaces (i.e. OpenSea.io).
As the Netvrk metaverse develops, virtual land will serve as a base for users, to create, build, and deploy everything from storefronts for e-commerce, to self made games, as well as interactive and educational experiences.
Land ownership will also be used as part of the governance model for Netvrk, giving a voice and governance rights to stakeholders. As a free and open society, Netvrk believes the community serves an important role in shaping the virtual world and future.
